Our tenants are able to talk to Dudley Council officers for policy information from initially setting up the policy, to making claims, amending cover and any cover queries they may have.
The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, July 2025
"RBK have been running the Tenants Home Contents Insurance scheme for several years and are very content with Aon. Our tenants and leaseholders are offered low price premiums for excellent coverage. Aon has supported us with all aspects of the scheme and the client manager has been helpful and quick to respond to any queries. As an organisation we have to go out to procurements and always find that Aon offers the best professional service. The Aon Portal for advertising offers fantastic artwork for advertising the scheme"
